I WILL ACCEPT FOR RETURN ANY AND ALL SHAKERS AND RAM AIR UNITS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS AND ONLY UNDER THE LISTED CONDITIONS.

RIM BLOW SWITCHES DUE TO THERE DELICATE NATURE ARE NOT RETURNABLE. THEY ARE TESTED BY ME RIGHT BEFORE I PACK EM AND I TAKE CARE TO PACK EM WELL SO THEY ARRIVE SAFE & SOUND. WHEN YOU GET YOUR SWITCH YOU SHOULD CHECK IT IMMEDIATELY PROPER OPERATION ( CLICK HERE ON HOW TO ) . IF YOU SHOULD GET YOUR SWITCH AND HAVE A PROBLEM EMAIL ME THE SAME DAY YOU GET IT.

YOU CAN RETURN FOR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE (SHIPPING NOT INCLUDED) BECAUSE:

NOW, HERE ARE THE CONDITIONS

  1. YOU MUST CONTACT ME FIRST. DON'T JUST SEND IT BACK UNANNOUNCED.

  2. YOU MUST RETURN IT UNDAMAGED AND UN-USED,  REPACKED AS IT ARRIVED IN THE ORIGINAL BOX WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. WHAT I DON'T WANT IS FOR SOMEONE TO JUST STUFF IT BACK IN THE BOX AND SHOVE THE BUBBLE WRAP AND PEANUTS AROUND IT. I TAKE GREAT CARE IN HOW I PACKAGE EACH ITEM AND IF YOU WANT CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURN YOU SHOULD TOO CAUSE IF IT COMES BACK DAMAGED YOU'LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES.

  3. RETURN IT FULLY INSURED VIA U.P.S. , FEDEX  OR AIRBORNE EXPRESS. DO NOT SEND IT VIA THE POST OFFICE AND HERE'S WHY:  THE POST OFFICE WOULD RATHER EAT THEIR BABIES THAN PAY OFF ON A CLAIM AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THEY DON'T COVER DAMAGE, ONLY LOSS SO IF IT ARRIVES ALL BEAT TO HELL THAT'S ON YOU, NOT ME. SO PLEASE USE ONLY THE LISTED CARRIERS.  WITH U.P.S. BEING THE PREFERRED CARRIER.

  4. IF IT ARRIVES DAMAGED IT'S UP TO YOU TO SQUARE IT WITH THE CARRIER, MEANING YOU DEAL WITH U.P.S. OR WHOEVER THE CARRIER IS.  IF YOU GET A PACKAGE THAT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT FROM ME I DEAL WITH U.P.S. FOR YOU.

  5. YOU MUST DO SO WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER IT ARRIVES, NOT 7 DAYS AFTER YOU OPEN IT , TRY TO INSTALL IT OR COME BACK FROM TRAVELING. IF YOU WAIT MORE THAN 7 DAYS IT'LL COST YOU A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

I TRY TO ALWAYS KEEP UNITS IN STOCK BUT THERE ARE TIMES WHEN I SELL OUT AND SINCE I DON'T TAKE PAYMENT FOR GOODS I DON'T PHYSICALLY HAVE  I  LOOSE A SALE. THIS I CAN HANDLE CAUSE IT'S MY FAULT. NOW, IF YOU TAKE A UNIT AND RETURN IT PAST THE 7 DAYS YOU CAN COST ME A SALE AND THAT COSTS ME MONEY, GET IT ?
